When you are applying for the NEET 2026, you are asked to upload your recent passport-size photo clearly. This photo is used to verify your appearance by the conducting authority. Keep in mind that the uploaded photo will be reflected on all of your future exam-related documents, like the admit card and provisional allotment letter.

The conducting authority asks you to upload your signature while filling out the NEET 2026 application form.
