The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board has released the Rajasthan NEET Round 3 Merit List 2026 for candidates seeking MBBS and BDS admission through the state counselling process.
The provisional Round 3 merit list includes 17,794 candidates and contains details such as the candidate's name, NEET UG rank, NEET All India Rank and combined state merit number. Candidates included in the list will be considered for the next stage of seat allotment, subject to their eligibility and choices.
Students should now focus on the choice-filling stage. As per the revised schedule, the combined Round 3 merit list is scheduled for October 6, while choice filling and locking will continue until October 7, 2026. The indicative seat allotment is scheduled for October 9, followed by the provisional allotment result on October 10.

The Rajasthan neet ug counselling 2026 round 3 merit list date is an important milestone because only candidates included in the relevant merit lists can move ahead in the state seat allotment process.

The current Round 3 schedule is:

The Rajasthan counselling website also lists the Round 3 provisional state merit list, vacant seat information and category-specific merit lists among the current notifications.

Candidates should keep checking the official portal because counselling schedules can be revised.

The Rajasthan NEET Round 3 Merit List 2026 is the state-level list of candidates eligible to participate in the next stage of Rajasthan NEET UG counselling.
The provisional list contains candidate details including the NEET rank, All India Rank and combined state merit number. The merit rank helps determine the order in which candidates are considered during the seat allotment process.
Being included in the merit list does not mean that a candidate has been allotted an MBBS or BDS seat. Candidates still need to fill and lock their college and course choices within the specified window.
The final allotment will depend on factors such as merit rank, choices submitted, category, applicable reservation rules and availability of seats.

Candidates can download the merit list PDF from the official Rajasthan NEET UG counselling website.
Follow these steps:

The merit list is released in PDF format, so candidates do not need to enter login credentials simply to search the published list.
Students should verify their personal details and category information carefully. If there is an issue, they should follow the instructions issued by the Rajasthan NEET UG counselling authority instead of assuming that the merit position can be changed during choice filling.

Along with the general state merit process, the counselling authority has also published category-specific lists. The Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 PwBD Merit List Round 3 is relevant to candidates applying under the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities category.
The Round 3 schedule provides for publication of revised lists for PwBD, Defence, Paramilitary and NRI candidates on October 5. The official counselling portal has listed a separate vacant seat matrix for PwBD/PwD candidates as well.
PwBD candidates should therefore check the relevant category list in addition to the main merit list. If verification of disability documents is required, candidates should follow the authority's instructions and deadlines carefully.

The next important step for eligible candidates is choice filling and locking.
Candidates should not treat the merit list as the final admission result. Instead, they should use their merit position and the available seat information to prepare a realistic preference list.
Before locking choices, students should check:
• College name and location
• MBBS or BDS course
• Government or private status
• Available seats
• Applicable category
• Fee information
• Previous allotment trends, where useful
• Their own preferred order of colleges
The Rajasthan counselling authority has scheduled choice filling and locking through October 7, 2026. Candidates should complete this step before the deadline because the choices submitted are used for the subsequent allotment process.
It is better to arrange choices according to genuine preference rather than simply placing colleges based on expected cutoff. Seat availability can change during counselling, and previous year's closing ranks do not guarantee an allotment in the current round.

Candidates included in the merit list will be considered for the next stage of Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026.
The current schedule lists the indicative Round 3 allotment for October 9, followed by the provisional allotment result on October 10. Candidates who receive a seat are scheduled to report to their allotted institutions from October 11 to 15.
The indicative allotment gives candidates an early view of the allocation, while the provisional allotment result is the more important document for completing admission formalities.
Candidates should download the allotment letter when available and carefully read the instructions regarding fees, document verification and reporting.
Students who do not receive a seat in the indicative allotment should wait for the official provisional result before making any assumptions. Similarly, candidates who receive an allotment should not delay reporting because missing the prescribed deadline can affect their admission.
The Rajasthan NEET UG counselling process covers admissions to undergraduate MBBS and BDS programmes. Since Round 3 is already at the merit-list and choice-filling stage, candidates should now concentrate on completing their choices correctly and monitoring the official portal for allotment updates.
