The Re NEET 2026 OMR Sheet has been released by the National Testing Agency for every candidate who appeared in the NEET UG re-examination conducted on 21 June 2026. ● Complete Two-Factor Authentication using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email ID

Once your Re NEET 2026 OMR Sheet opens, go through it question by question. Compare the option you actually darkened on the physical OMR sheet with the option shown as the recorded response on the portal. If both match, no action is required. If there is a mismatch, you are eligible to raise an OMR response challenge for that specific question during the challenge window, which is open from 13 July 2026 to 15 July 2026, 11:00 AM.
