Welcome to Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL).

• By accessing our website, mobile app, online learning platforms, classroom programs, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

• Admission is confirmed only after completing the registration process, submitting required documents, and paying applicable fees.
• Students/parents must provide accurate personal and academic information at the time of admission.
• All fees including Registration Fee, Admission Fee, and Administrative Charges are non-refundable.
• Aakash reserves the right to verify documents, review information submitted, and cancel admission if false details are found.
• All official communication will be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp, calls, or the Aakash portal/app. Students must ensure these details remain updated.

• Students may request a change of course/stream/medium only via a written application.
• Approval is at the sole discretion of the Centre Head / Academic Team, based on seat availability.
• If the new course carries a higher fee, the difference must be paid immediately.
• Administrative charges may apply for all course changes.
• Course change requests will not be accepted after the deadline specified for that academic cycle.

• Batch change requests must be submitted in writing along with valid supporting reasons (medical, relocation, unavoidable conflicts).
• Approval is subject to availability and centre management’s decision.
• A non-refundable Batch Change Fee may apply.
• Requests for changes based on preference of faculty will not be entertained.

Students are expected to show commitment and maintain discipline throughout their association with Aakash. This includes:

• Attending classes, tests, and doubt sessions regularly and punctually.
• Maintaining proper classroom etiquette and respecting teachers, staff, and fellow students.
• Using mobile phones responsibly; no recording or disruption is allowed.
• Avoiding misbehaviour, damage to property, harassment, or any activity that affects the environment.
• Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination without any refund.

• All study material (printed and digital) is exclusively owned by Aakash.
• Students will receive access to books, test series, digital content, assignments, and online modules based on their enrolled course.
• Aakash reserves the right to modify content, update curriculum, and improve study material at any time.

All study materials, videos, notes, tests, graphics, and digital content are protected under IPR laws.

Students are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, copying, scanning, distributing, or selling Aakash material
• Uploading material on social media, websites, groups, or any online platform
• Recording classroom sessions (offline or online)

Any violation will result in termination and may invite legal action.

• By enrolling at Aakash, students and parents consent to the use of the student’s photographs, videos, testimonials, ranks, and achievements for promotional and academic purposes.
• These may be used in brochures, advertising materials, social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• No additional approval or compensation will be required.

Aakash is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings (bags, phones, stationery, etc.)
• Internet/device issues faced by students during online sessions
• Natural calamities, government actions, or unforeseen disruptions
• Academic performance, exam results, or outcomes dependent on student effort
• Any external or transportation-related arrangements

• Aakash may modify class schedules, teaching format (offline/online/hybrid), faculty assignments, test timelines, or batch size based on academic need.
• Students will be informed in advance through official communication channels.

• All payments must be completed before deadlines to avoid disruption of services.
• Fees paid for admission, digital access, books, test series, crash courses, or any academic service are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Late payment charges may apply for overdue fees.

Aakash reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Student violates rules or creates disturbances
• False documents/information were provided
• Fees are unpaid beyond due dates
• Study material is misused or shared illegally

No refund will be applicable in such cases.

• All personal information shared with Aakash is protected under our Privacy Policy.
• Data may be used for academic communication, internal analysis, and service improvement.
• Aakash does not share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

Our team is committed to resolving issues promptly.

• All disputes must first be raised to the center management or customer support.
• If unresolved, the issue may undergo arbitration as per applicable laws.

All legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

Aakash reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the official website and will be effective immediately.

I/We have carefully read and understood the Terms & Conditions of AESL along with the policies mentioned in the prospectus.

By signing below, I/We voluntarily agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and guidelines laid down by the Institute.

Note:

It is mandatory for both the Student and the Parent/Guardian to sign at all the designated places. Unsigned or incomplete admission forms will not be processed and are liable to be rejected.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

1. Two recent passport-size colour photographs (latest).
2. Self-attested photocopy of the mark sheet of the last qualifying examination.
3. Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of “Aakash Institute”, payable at the nearest Aakash Branch (if applicable).
4. Proof of Scholarship/Concession, to be attached along with the Admission Form (if applicable).
